Alycia Kaback had the pleasure of befriending Miss Pennsylvania USA at a recent charity event, Denim & Diamonds Philadelphia, which Ms. Kaback sponsored. Amber-Joi Watkins (aka A.J.) is the 5’7″ 26 year-old daughter of Cathleen Stith Watkins and Henry Watkins Jr. This Philadelphia native and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania is one busy woman! Her current career ambition includes turning her website, PhillyIn.com, into the next big thing and therein transform Philly into an “A-list butterfly.” Along with winning the title of Miss Pennsylvania USA 2011 earlier this year, Amber-Joi is also an accomplished dancer, model, actress, producer, and entrepreneur. Her hobbies include dancing, running, biking, yoga, traveling, watching football and spending time with her family and friends. Amber describes herself as driven, genuine and upbeat. She has recently appeared on a commercial with Dallas Cowboy, Emmitt Smith Regardless of her hectic schedule, Amber-Joi has her sights set on accomplishing one goal this summer.
